PLS TAKE OFF +180 and +255 gears

hey gms and pms and PHs and who ever else i forgot i just wanted 2 ask u guy it not give people that donated +180 gears or +255 gears i think reward should diffrent cause if u do that people thats cant donate will be screw and this will be just liek a tq server soo who ever got more money rules i think thats not fair so if people wana donated u shoudl give the EP or pally point or +12 gears with + 8f soul and cool cloths not extream gears even thought i Can donate and get it i just think it wont be fair 2 other people so please take this in 2 consideration PS and who ever believe the same way pls make more posts about this thing
